I don't think you can do that directly, but see if there is a mailing list.

i need that, remove all translations from upstream (gnome, kde, debian) in Slovak team in LP and don't use LP for translation of this packages, because LP doesn't use plural forms as is in upstream package and i need clear translations (people in upstream do good work)

please use LP ONLY for registred packages as "update-manager", etc.

A short answer: we won't remove any upstream translations in Ubuntu, nor disallow their translations directly in Launchpad.

We are improving the system to avoid people doing duplicate work or doing worse translations than what upstream provides.

At the moment, you have to go PO file by PO file and manually revert all "Changed in Launchpad" translations. In the future, we'll be implementing reversion per entire PO file, but there's no timeframe for that yet.
