Changing branch registrant and author doesn't modify the "Current details" menu

Hello, I've registered a new branch <https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~beeseek-core-devs/beeseek-website/trunk> and changed the Author and the Registrant using +edit and +reassign. The problem is that the Registrant who appear in the "Current details" menu says that I still am the registrant.
Since this happens only with the new version of Launchpad, before filing a new bug I'd like to know if this is the correct behaviour. If yes, could you tell me why is changed?

Sorry, but much of this is due to a confusing UI.

The "Change registrant" changes the owner, not the registrant. I'm looking into this.

The registrant is who registered the branch, and will never change. The owner of the branch is the team or individual that has write access.
