Do you have an OOPS ID from the timeout? We can't do much without that.

OK, this is an intermittent problem with some slow database triggers which we run into occasionally but haven't managed to nail down yet (though we have some medium-term ideas). It normally goes away in a few minutes, so you can just try again.
