Request for Project Group: openstack-charms

We have a number of interfaces and layers that I want developers/end users to be able to report bugs on; ideally I'd like to group these together from a bug reporting/permissions management perspective, so please can I have a 'openstack-charms' group; we'll have 13 projects as part of that group to start with.
