PLD Linux: Versions (distroseries)

How do we set up distro versions so we can have 3 separate lines of development and 3 separate drivers? There is no link in the actions menu and a search in Launchpad bugs pointed me to https://edge.launchpad.net/pld-linux/+addseries which gives a 403 Forbidden.

If this feature is considered experimental - could an LP admin add the versions manually?
