Impossible to import OpenPGP key

Asked by Nicolas Garnier

I am unable to link my OpenPGP key to my account. I am told that "The key F69F406B1E78AE4512B0B1BA423943F9825857AC has already been imported. "

I have no memory of having linked that key to another account (I found an old one I deleted anyway). How could I find to what account is linked this key ? And eventually link it to my account ?
