Please create a translation group for emesene

Hi,

The emesene project will be using Rosetta for its localization. I'm thus requesting you to create an "emesene-translators" group, as there already are official translators for a lot of languages, so we want them to continue managing their language.

The description could be "This team is formed by the people translating emesene into other languages"

Please, let me know if you need any further info.
