Plural forms for Kazakh language

Kazakh languages must have 2 forms of plural(as English)
Form 0 for 1.
Form 1 for 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...
how to make sure that the Kazakh language was two plural forms?
To transfer automatically were singular and plural forms.
Sorry my English bad!

Thanks for your report. I managed to track down an independent source saying the same thing (http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/latest/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html) and have therefore changed https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/kk as requested.
