Enable repository for Xenial release?

Since the repo isn't yet enabled for Ubuntu 16.04:
1 - can it be done?
2 - is help needed?

Which repository are you talking about? Launchpad hosts thousands of them, so you'll need to be more specific.

Strange how my question is not linked to the repo I was looking at:

It's up to the owner of that PPA (https://launchpad.net/~yorba) to make packages available for xenial if they wish to do so. We just provide the hosting; please contact the PPA's owner instead.
