Change project URL

Hi!
I'm developing simple library, and now I would like to change its name. I simply want name to be something more informative.
I have already changed display name, and repo name on github.

So if it is possible, could you, please, change URL to https://launchpad.net/liblightmodbus ?

Current URL: https://launchpad.net/modlib
