Can we please have a "ubuntu-core" project group?

We would like to organize all snappy related work under a common launchpad project group called "ubuntu-core".
There is an empty "ubuntu-core" project in launchpad currently, if we can take this over that would be great.

The ~snappy-dev team should be owner. The summrary/description of https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-core is
already appropriate for the project group.

I assume we can add our projects (like snappy itself, ubuntu-core-launcher etc) ourselfs? Or should I compile a list
of the projects we would like to include?
