Not receiving validation email to add a new email address

When I try to add a new email to my LP page, the system does not sent out a validation email. However, I do get an email saying that I have tried to add a new email but I need to follow the instructions in the email sent to the new addess.

I'll need to know the new email address (directly here or via IRC) in order to get our sysadmins to search mail logs.

Our mail logs show that we delivered the message to your primary email address (full details in IRC private message). Please check spam folders and so on, and otherwise take this up with aol.com mail admins.
