Please increase PPA quota

In the https://launchpad.net/~we-are-here/ PPA we are backporting llvm-toolchain to older Ubuntu versions, and bumping ccache and CMake versions to newer ones than available in upstream Ubuntu. As we need to maintain three different Ubuntu series for both i386 and amd64, would you mind increasing the quota to something like 8 GB?
