[Spam Report] Bug filed as advertisement, which is really spam.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nginx/+bug/1570855 was recently filed, but is not a bug and is purely spam, please remove it and address accordingly. (I've marked it as Invalid and temporarily edited the title to make a note that it is indeed spam).
