I want to rename my account but name is taken - and that account is inactive

Hi,

I'd like to rename my account to simply "monsta" as fellow developers know me by this nickname on GitHub and in Mint and MATE IRC channels (on spotchat and freenode). Unfortunately, the name is already taken - but the account is inactive:

I also looked at all the pages in that profile, and found there are no any code repositories, bug reports, blueprints, translations or questions/answers... Looks like that account really wasn't used at all since its creation.

So my question is: is it possible to remove that inactive account so I could rename my account to "monsta"?

I've renamed the existing https://launchpad.net/~monsta out of the way. You can rename your account to monsta now.
