Cannot access series r3.0 in JuniperOpenstack project

This URL is not working.

https://launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/r3.0

however link to other series on the project works fine.

https://launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/r2.22.x

Pl take a look. We have been trying this for few days.

That's a lot of bugs! I've fixed the page so it doesn't time out any more.
