More space required for publishing the IBM SDK for Linux on Power at PPA

The IBM SDK for Linux on Power is being built on PPA in order to make it easily available for Ubuntu's users. This request came from the IBM team which works with Canonial on supporting Ubuntu on Power.

The SDK is composed by a set of packages which requires at least 6Gb of space on PPA. In order to continue our build we need an increase in amount of space allocated to us.
