Transfer ownership of "sugar" project

Hi there,

I work on Sugar Labs infrastructure, and would appreciate it if I could be made the owner of https://launchpad.net/sugar.

(specifically, I wanted to fix an incorrect bug tracker link; dev.laptop.org is no longer maintained sadly)
