Can't login to help.launchpad.net

Whenever I attempt to log in with my Ubuntu One account to help.launchpad.net, the redirect to «https://help.launchpad.net/?action=login&[redacted]» after entering my 2FA code hangs, and eventually dies with an Internal Service error.
