Additional space required for PPAs owned by ~oxide-builds

We want to start providing a way for people to easily access pre-release builds of Oxide for testing, so I've set up https://launchpad.net/~oxide-builds to do this.

Oxide is fairly big though, and the 4 PPAs are going to need quite bit more space - probably ~15-20GB each.

ppa.launchpad.net is critically low on space right now, and what you're asking for constitutes something like 80% of our remaining space. We intend to expand it early next week, but won't be able to act on this ticket until then.
