Cannt access webpage to renew commercial subscription

We need to renew commercial subscription and in order to do that I'm trying to access https://launchpad.net/~e-launchpad-t/+vouchers web page. Unfortunately, it returns me an error like this:

during last two days.

Please advice - we need to renew subscription till Mar 6.

No it's working and I was able to purchase and redeem a voucher.

Yep, there was a proxy that wasn't running for some reason but we started it.
