Screen Flickering in Ubuntu 14

I have installed Ubuntu 14.04.3.

After installing it the screen started Flickering.

When I connect the VGA wire / HDMI cable the flickering stops.

Kindly assist me to solve the issue.

I am using Dell Inspiron 1525

sudo lshw -C display; xrandr; lsb_release -a; uname -a
