Please enable armhf and s390x builds for ppa:ricotz/staging

This PPA usually contains test-builds of package updates for the ubuntu archive.
For wider build testing I was asked to get some specific archs enabled.

"<doko> ricotz, please could you ask a lp question to enable this ppa for s390x and ppc64el, and show the results for all these archs?"

I've enabled armhf for you. I'm afraid that we as yet have no sandboxing for s390x and so it's restricted to Canonical employees only, so I can't enable that.
