I would like to take ownership of bind and postfix

Until someone more upstream than I wants it, I would like to take ownership of the following projects in launchpad:

launchpad.net/bind -- please make the owner 'bind-team'
launchpad.net/postfix -- please make the owner 'postfix-team'

I'll be working on getting more people onto the teams, with the intention of making this the repository supporting both Ubuntu and Debian.
