Add a new language: Interslavic

Please add a new language to the languages.
I would liketo translate Projects into interslavic, also it would be great for both sides, the community of the language-project and the launchpad project.

What is interslavic?
- Interslavic is a european language, is mixes the basic slavic languages into one which is best formed to unserstand all the slavic languages.

How many volks speak this language?
- According to wikipedia this are 1000+
But if you think manually you will come to the fact that the most little slavic tribe languages of europe are included into this language.
