Launchpad Georgian Translators

I want to translate Chromium into Georgian language, but I got one
problem. Chromium translation is managed by Launchpad Georgian
Translators and nobody is active in that group. I tried joining it few
months ago but nobodys there to accept my request. I want to ask if it's
possible to add me as a translator.
