Could you please dial back the sensitivity of "Surge protection"?

Apologies if this is the wrong venue, but I was manually, and quite slowly searching the archives of one page from wiki.ubuntu.com and got the following message:

Hence, could this please be dialed back a bit? It's way too sensitive.

Indeed, the Launchpad team doesn't maintain this. I'm told that you should send your request to <email address hidden> for attention by our sysadmins.
