Could you please dial back the sensitivity of "Surge protection"?

Asked by penalvch

Apologies if this is the wrong venue, but I was manually, and quite slowly searching the archives of one page from wiki.ubuntu.com and got the following message:
[START]
Surge protection
Warning:

You triggered the wiki's surge protection by doing too many requests in a short time.

Please make a short break reading the stuff you already got.

When you restart doing requests AFTER that, slow down or you might get locked out for a longer time!
[END]

Hence, could this please be dialed back a bit? It's way too sensitive.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Indeed, the Launchpad team doesn't maintain this. I'm told that you should send your request to <email address hidden> for attention by our sysadmins.
