We've have spam activity on this bug report, which was changed: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nav/+bug/1527607/+activity

I've changed the title and description back to the original, and hidden the spam comment, but the history and the user remains.

I've suspended the user, but it's not possible to remove the changes from the bug's history.

Can you help with this problem?
