so im new to Ubuntu and im not sure how to download or install the zoneminder to my laptop, i work in the Security equipment field and to be honest the windows OS is killing me with compatibility issues with the IP cameras im installing, through several help forums i stumbled across the zoneminder and ubuntu OS and software for IP camera installation

if some one could give me a play by play on how to download the zoneminder Application that would be great
