armhf build for personal Touch staging ppa

I would like to have bare metal armhf build support for my staging ppa to test stuff easier than always have to request people to upload things to a landing silo.

If bare metal build support is not possible for capacity reasons just armhf build support through qemu would be great.

The ppa is https://launchpad.net/~morphis/+archive/ubuntu/touch-staging

I've disabled virtualisation on that archive and enabled armhf.
