The latest build of LibreCAD (2.0.8) for Ubuntu Precise/12.04.1 failed:

Please send this sort of query to the people who run that particular PPA (the librecad-dev team), not to Launchpad staff. They would appear to need to adjust the build system for precise in some way, since precise's g++ doesn't support -std=c++11.
