Why don't launch translate of subtitleeditor in Ubuntu Hardy

I add a project subtitleeditor for translate it to chinese, I've import a translatable templates of translations to thesubtitleeditor trunk series. Here's the list:

Could you import it? Thank you.

I had contacted the upstream authors kitone, follow is replay.

Thank you for checking with the authors first. It takes a while because we need to audit initial uploads to every project.
