Please increase size of ppa:hvr/ghc

With the new Wily (and Vivid not yet EOL'ed) and new upcoming GHC package versions, space in https://launchpad.net/~hvr/+archive/ubuntu/ghc/+packages is getting tight again. I probably need at least 2-3 GiB more space to accomodate the additional packages I need to build
