rename project bagpipe-l2

We want to rename our bagpipe-l2 LP project (to drop the l2 in its name that does not match its content).
We are aware that past URLs will be broken, and we accept this minor drawback because there are few places where they occur.

Can you please rename 'bagpipe-l2' into 'bagpipe' ?

Sorry for the confusion: the right target name is "networking-bagpipe".

(Needed to enforce consistency across all networking projects in Openstack).
