Enabling armhf for my PPA

Dear Launchpad-administrator,

I want to work on ARM MALI-400 and MALI-450 drivers for Ubuntu. I own a Odroid U3+ and want to share my work in packages, providing DKMS packages and maybe OpenGL-ES driver blobs (after asking the Vendor!).
At the end I hope I'll get a PPA like https://launchpad.net/~thopiekar/+archive/ubuntu/emgd.

Currently I'm not allowed to turn armhf on, so please enable it for me.
