You need to upload a new version of the package in order for an armhf build to be created. (armhf builds will be created automatically in future; this is just for the first time.) It can be a no-change rebuild, just adding an entry for 7.0.0-0~2~ubuntu14.04.2 to the top of debian/changelog and making no other changes.
