bug stopped showing

This bug seems to have disappeared: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1485536

Someone said that perhaps it was incorrectly marked as private.

Could you help me to access it?

I asked a webop and they said that there was no indication that the privacy of that bug had changed since it was filed. I'm a bit impeded in my investigation of this because I can't see the bug myself. Could you please talk with the current vanguard in #webops on irc.canonical.com directly, who should be able to help you out?
