Remove "zulip" project

Please remove the "zulip" project; it was created as a private project in Launchpad, but its private trial has expired. Zulip has since been released as open-source software, see https://zulip.org/ and https://github.com/zulip.

Visiting https://launchpad.net/zulip 404s for me, but I am unable to register a new project under that name.

I can't see it myself to remove it. Would you like us to just ask an admin to make it public, if it's your belief that that would be suitable?
