delete higlug-bot product

Please delete the higlug-bot product. It's empty, unused, and its registrant agreed to have it deleted.

do you mean de-activate the product through Launchpad's UI or DB deletion?

Probably de-activate. It's just a gardening operation.

Then I think that in cases like this (the product is completely empty, except for a productseries), it should be deleted from the database, but it is a different discussion.
