Add admin to GNS3 team

Hi,

I'm a member of the gns3 project as you can see here https://github.com/orgs/GNS3/people. You can confirm my identity by sending a mail to <email address hidden>.

We have an issue with the GNS3 team,
https://launchpad.net/~gns3

The current team owner doesn't answer to our emails since two months, we hope he don't have problems.

What is the process for adding an admin via the support? We plan to push packages to PPA for our next major release.
