Hi,

it appears a team for Lingala, with the correct language code, already exists in Launchpad:

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-ln

Did you try to contact that team? Or are you trying to add a team for a different language code?
As far as I know Launchpad supports only "lin" for Lingala.

Hi,

it would have been better to contact us first and we could have appointed you as admin of the old team.
I cannot set the new team you created since it also has a wrong language code and also because there is another valid, but inactive. team.

I'll re-assign this question to the Launchpad team who can take a look and modify the admin.
To recap, Rene should be appointed admin of this team: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-ln
