I can't report a bug in my tests with wily

I can't submit a bug report... I'm testing wily and receiving a bug message every day at starting my computer. The point is, when lauchpad site open in my browse, a message informing "page not found" is shown.

At the end of message we can read:

There's nothing private in that crash report bug, so I've made it public, which should fix this for you.
