"git review -s" command is executed error

When I execute the command of "git review -s", the blow error occurred:
   root@juping-virtual-machine:/home/jup/api-site# git review -s
          Problems encountered installing commit-msg hook
          ssh: Could not resolve hostname review.openstack.org: No such file or directory
Anyone knows what's the matter and how to deal with this question.
