Project group for the Soletta Project

With Soletta Project's libraries developers can easily write software for devices that control actuators/sensors and communicate using standard technologies. It enables adding smartness even on the smallest edge devices.

Desired Launchpad ID: https://launchpad.net/solettaproject - I registered a project with this URL, but i couldn't find a way to convert this project into a group or to change this URL.

Soletta Project group will contain sub projects such as soletta (the lib), soletta-machine-learning, soletta-dev-app, soletta-visual-editor.
