More space to the Tools Dev PPA

I have asked for +8GB space to our Tools Dev PPA (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sdk-team/+archive/ubuntu/tools-development) today and I was quickly helped.

Sadly it seems that pushing quick itterations would fill up the PPA super quickly.

Also developers asdked for Wily packages too what adds 3GB on the set.

So one target takes 3GB * 3 makes 9GB ... and for pushing and update needs an other 9GB. I assume that after a successful update the older packages are scraped.

Anyhow, I would need even more disk space to that PPA. I do not know how "expensive" this storage space, but it seems that ~20GB would be the amount we need here.

Older packages will be garbage-collected, but only after a day or so.

I've bumped this to 40GiB to give you a bit more headroom.

Can you help with this problem?
