Can't access old account since migration to Ubuntu One SSO

Since the migration to the Ubuntu One SSO, I can no longer log in to my old LP account (jscinoz). I created a new account (jscinoz-j) and attempted to merge the old one into it, but it failed due to the old account having a PPA associated with it.

Can you please remove the PPA so that I can merge the old account into this new one. This message is signed with the PGP key associated with the old account as proof of identity.

The PPA is deleted, so you should now be able to merge the accounts.
