Please enable armhf on Pothosware team PPAs

I would like to better support some of my armhf users with prebuilt packages. Builds are infrequent, usually for releases or important changes. And no build should take more than 4 hours -- which I have confirmed by building on a native armhf device.

Please if possible, enable armhf builds on both PPAs:
- ppa:pothosware/support
- ppa:pothosware/framework
