Make jeliot project as a super project request

Hello, I have created two projects jeliot and jeliot3 . Jeliot was meant to be the super-project for jeliot3 and others related to that technology. Could anyone make make jeliot a project group? or create new project group for jeliot3? If it is the late case, you can remove/deactivate the jeliot project.

Okay. I've renamed jeliot to jeliot-old; you can reuse it for one of your other projects and I'll rename it for you again. That way we don't need to deactivate it.
