please enable ARM builds for my Octave test build PPA

I would like to use a PPA to test bug fixes to the GNU Octave packages for the Ubuntu universe repository. There is currently an ARMHF build failure that I want to investigate a patch for.

Can someone enable this for me so I can test a fix before proposing it for inclusion in universe? Thanks.
