I would like to request an arm build for the ola ppa.

The primary targets are rPi and BBB (Raspberry Pi and BeagleboneBlack).

I've enabled armhf builds on that PPA.

Awesome, thank you! Will it build automatically or do I need to re-upload to trigger the armhf build? (I just checked and it didnt seem to build yet).

You'll need to upload a new version to trigger fresh builds.
